My Style: Schoolboy

Sometimes I like to go for the preppy look and when I do, I typically reach for this J.Crew Schoolboy blazer. I love the tweed material, close fit, multiple functional pockets and the dash on color on the upturned collar but most of all, I love how much more chic it is than the blazers the boys used to wear to school in Kenya.

I paired it with striped short sleeve sweater and matching bag, some super soft jeans, brogues, a chunky necklace and a wool fedora. It's a casual but put together outfit with personality that can work for all but the dressiest occasions.
