Dalasini wants all costumers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, Dalasini offers complimentary shipping for all purchases within 14 calendar days of your shipment for domestic orders only. Simply visit the returns portal to print out your shipping label then drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be also in the original packaging.Please note that at this time, Dalasini is unable to accept returns for international orders.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
