My Style: Sweater Dress

The only good thing about the colder seasons of the year is that I get to wear things like this cozy sweater dress. When I used to live in Las Vegas which is about a million degrees in the summer and drops to the thirties in the winter, there weren't too many days in the year where I could get away with this outfit. I'm not sure it's a fair trade off though...

I bought the dress a size bigger than I normally wear so that I could wear it as shift dress or with a belt if I' in the mood to define my waist. For the rest of the look, I picked up colors from the dress -deep plum for my tights and boots, flame for the coat, belt, mirrored sunglasses and lip color and a striped bag.
