My Style: Technicolor

I call this coat my technicolor dreamcoat, named after the legendary Andrew Lloyd Weber musical 'Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat' which is in turn based on the coat of many colors story of Joseph from the bible. If there's one story that stands out for me from the bible, it's the story of Joseph and how he was able to overcome all the challenges in his life with grace.

That's what I see whenever I wear this coat. There's something about it's vibrancy of color and pattern that will brighten up any day, in mood, weather or both. This makes it perfect for the dreary days of the cooler months when you need a little extra pep in your step. I paired it with a jewel toned blouse, navy pants, some chunky jewelry and a zing of color on my feet.
