My Style: Cuissard Boots

Finding clothes that fit our natural curves is not always easy and it's the same when it comes to boots. If you have anything other than 'average' size calves, you'll have a devil of a time finding knee high and over the knee boots that flatter what your mama gave you. So you can imagine how overjoyed I was when I came across these boots during a trip to New York several years ago.

They are a perfect fit for my skinny calves without making me look like I have chicken legs. While you can't see it in these shots, they inner lining has gold foil which adds a little bit of pizzazz if you fold over the boots. I paired them with this equally fabulous coat, aka my technicolor dream coat, and an iridescent wrap dress in a complementary shade.
