DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders [except fine jewelry] will be fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Fine jewelry [sterling silver, 14K gold and 18K gold pieces] are made to order therefore please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. A shipping confirmation notice will be sent to the email address associated with your order upon shipment and will include a tracking number.

  • Two day shipping [delivery guaranteed in 2 working days for orders placed by 12 noon EST: complimentary
  • Overnight shipping [delivery guaranteed next working day for orders placed by 12 noon EST]: $35 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders [except fine jewelry] will be fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Fine jewelry [sterling silver, 14K gold and 18K gold pieces] are made to order therefore please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. A shipping confirmation notice will be sent to the email address associated with your order upon shipment and will include a tracking number.

  • Express shipping [delivery in 2 – 3 working days]: $35 [complimentary for international orders over $1,000]

In addition, please note that customs and duties charges [if applicable] must be paid by the recipient of the shipment. Dalasini does not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what these costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact you local customs office. 

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange or merchandise credit for US orders returned within 14 calendar days. Simply visit the returns portal to print out your complimentary shipping label then drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. It must be also in the original packaging. 

Please note that at this time, we are unable to accept returns for fine jewelry and international orders.

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund on your original form of payment within 14 business days of our receipt of your returned item [it takes some debit/credit card issuers several days to process a refund] please contact us at contact@dalasini.com.
