When most people think of flaxseed, it's within the context of a superfood, one that has been consumed for thousands of years and is currently extremely popular with the healthy eating aficianados. It's inevitable that someone would find another way to use this versatile seed and that's exactly what Gentle Souls did when they were searching for a natural way to combine fashion, care and comfort for your feet.

Gentle Souls has patented Displaceable Solid Technology (DST) which creates layers of built in comfort through the use of specialized flax seed pillows in their insoles lined with supple deerskin lining, that mold to the shape of your foot to provide cushioned and breathable support with every step. They also use high density rubber soles that are lightweight, flexible, and shock absorbing.
